Introducing – Restaurant MIKASA Ibiza

Dear TEDx'ers, With only nine days to go, we're thrilled, excited and - of course - a little nervous. Speakers and performers are finalizing their acts and we're all working super hard to define the Audience Experience so the day will be memorable and fun. As you know, the entire team consists of volunteers and this event is made possible by all the incredible sponsors that have been on our side throughout the whole process of creating and producing TEDxDaltVila. The first sponsor we want to introduce is plant-based restaurant MIKASA, which will provide a yummy vegan lunch on March 29th for attendees, and after the conference, they will also be hosting at their boutique hotel the "After Words" party for those who signed up. We have interviewed Mikasa's owner and entrepreneur Sofija Mehta, who shared with us what's behind her choice of becoming vegan and told us about her love for the magic island that most of us call home.
